Newmarket is a York Region town of established neighbourhoods and newer subdivisions, home to a regional hospital and a busy GO line, and the southernmost community we serve from Barrie.
Housing is mostly mature suburban streets with decent size lots and fenced yards, plus newer, tighter subdivisions on the edges and a growing number of townhomes near Davis Drive and Yonge Street. Older lots often have a side yard wide enough for a dolly; townhomes and the newer streets are more often a crane over the garage.
